Eugenia Xiao, Nurse Practitioner (DNP) - Provider/Founder
Eugenia Xiao, DNP is a board certified, doctorally-prepared adult nurse practitioner.
She believes that beauty comprises of confidence, health, and individuality.
At Mochi Aesthetics, she provides treatments that are evidence-based, provide meaningful improvements, and support graceful aging. Each age is beautiful in it’s own way, and our goal is to achieve the most beautiful version of you.
She became interested in aesthetic dermatology in college, when she realized she was using makeup to create a “healthy glow,” rather than taking the steps to preserve overall health from inside out. Now, with modern medicine and technology, we are able to achieve a TRUE healthy glow. It might not happen overnight, but she is here to guide you through the journey. Gradually, you will find yourself relying less and less on cosmetics. That being said, she loves the power of makeup as a form of self-expression!
NP Eugenia received her doctorate of nursing practice from Columbia University School of Nursing, and undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Biology from Cornell University.
Genecis Rodriguez, Registered Nurse (RN)
Genecis Rodriguez is a proud Brooklyn native, licensed registered nurse, and passionate advocate for helping others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. As a Dominican-American who’s fluent in Spanish, she loves connecting with people from all backgrounds and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels empowered.
Beyond her work as a health care professional, Genecis is a fashion enthusiast with an eye for trends and creativity, and an avid sports lover. Genecis’s mission is to combine her expertise in aesthetics with her passion for making others feel radiant, inside and out - working together to bring out your natural glow and confidence!
Robert Wang - Director of Operations/Co-Founder
Robert Wang is the director of operations and business development at Mochi Aesthetics. Robert brings over six years of experience working in management consulting as well as product management, across stints at Oscar Health, Deloitte, and Capital One. Robert brings to Mochi a deep focus for improving the consumer health experience and the goal of ensuring that every patient is delighted with their time at Mochi Aesthetics.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Cornell University.
Fennie Ruan - Medical Assistant
Fennie Ruan is a certified medical assistant with over a decade of experience working in clinical settings including surgery, primary care, and aesthetics. Fennie is passionate about improving peoples’ lives through medical aesthetics.
Nancy Ding - Board Advisor
Nancy Ding is a product leader passionate about health and beauty, and ways we can achieve that inside and out. At Mochi Aesthetics, she is our optimistic and innovative advisor and consultant. She is dedicated to optimizing client experiences in and out of the clinic.
She has over seven years of experience managing products in health technology, finance, and real estate. She has built successful digital health products including behavioral change programs at Stepful and Noom, along with computer vision medical device software at Imagen.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University.
